Serving as the largest SUV in Jeep’s lineup, the 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee offers plenty of cargo room, a diverse engine layout, and all the rugged versatility Jeep is known for. For added versatility, the 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee will be offered in seven different configurations to choose from: Laredo, Limited, Trailhawk, Overland, Summit, SRT, and Trackhawk. Not much is changing in this iteration of the Jeep SUV, but it is expected to get a significant performance upgrade. Compared to last year’s model, the 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee is expected to sport a 3.6-liter V6 engine that pumps out 293 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque. This new Jeep SUV is forecast to be the most powerful Jeep to date, with top-performing trims like the 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk producing up to 707 horsepower and 645 lb-ft worth of torque with its 6.4-liter V8 engine. On par with the 2019 Jeep Wrangler, the new 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee will be just as capable on off-road terrain as it is on regular streets, with features like its Quadra-Lift air suspension providing up to 10.8 inches of ground clearance.
