In a recent post, we told you about the 2019 RAM 1500. Now, we’re suggesting that you get ready to celebrate the 144th Kentucky Derby in a limited-edition truck, the 2019 RAM 1500 Kentucky Derby Edition.
The RAM brand recently unveiled the new RAM 1500 Kentucky Derby Edition. As the Official Truck of Churchill Downs and the Kentucky Derby, the RAM brand created this special edition truck in honor of the event that’s often referred to as the most exciting two minutes in sports.
The RAM brand will only produce 2,000 units of the RAM 1500 Kentucky Derby Edition. The trucks will be manufactured between April and June of this year.
The 2019 RAM 1500 Kentucky Derby Edition is equipped with plenty of desirable standard features. These features include a 12-inch touchscreen, the latest Uconnect™ infotainment system, Sirius XM™ 360L with navigation, a four-corned, auto-leveling air suspension, and power-retracting running boards. This powerful pickup also has a standard blind spot monitor that has automatic trailer detection.
The RAM 1500 Kentucky Derby Edition will have Derby-themed graphics on its rear fender and leather seats. When properly equipped, the limited-edition truck can tow up to 12,750 pounds.
